We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at ahintofoliveandrosemary@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.Please note:
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued for the product cost only; original shipping fees are non-refundable.- Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.- Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
