 Eligibility for Returns:
•     Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
•     Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
 

How to Return:
1.     Email us at ahintofoliveandrosemary@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2.     We’ll send you a return authorization and instructions.
3.     Package your item securely and post it to: 16 Latimer Road, Carterton, Oxfordshire, OX18 3SE

 

Refunds:
•     Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.
•     Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
•     Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.

 

Exchanges:
•     Need a different scent, size, or style? Let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate.
•     Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

 

Return Shipping:
•     Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
•     We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.

 

Proof of Purchase:
•     Please include your order confirmation or receipt with your return.
