When I’m lucky enough to steal a couple of quiet hours, nothing soothes me more than the sound of rain tapping against the windows while I’m curled up in a blanket with Roman, our puppy, reading one of my favourite Tudor books. I’m a huge history lover, and I adore getting lost in those pages, imagining the scents, tastes, textures, and lives of the past.

My perfect day would always include a country walk, a castle rising in the distance, and the soft murmur of running water. Rosemary brings me comfort because it reminds me of my mum. Thyme adds a gentle sense of calm and clarity, while sage brings its grounding warmth, creating a blend that feels like home, memory, and peace.
