When Antonia arrived, everything in my life shifted, quietly, naturally, and forever. My firstborn. My teacher. The one who showed me how to be a mum, and how to keep learning as she grew.

She has always moved through life with a natural confidence, classy, intelligent, and beautifully balanced. Yoga, travel, and her love of all things natural keep her grounded, while her gentle spirit brings calm to everyone around her (well, most of the time). In Bournemouth, she shares a cosy life with Robbie and their cat Rodney, often studying in the library, chatting with friends in Flirt café bar, or browsing the shops. And when the world feels too loud, she retreats into a good book, wrapped in her own quiet sanctuary.
