In the quiet of the woods, where pine needles soften every step, you’ll often find Rob and Sue wandering while Bobby and Frankie race ahead. Two lively boys turning sticks into adventures, building dens, and filling the forest with bright, unstoppable laughter. Their weekends are never hurried; they drift off the beaten track, cooking lunch on a little stove, breathing in the stillness, and making the kind of memories that stay warm long after the day ends.

When they’re not exploring, they’re sharing  home cooked meals, dreaming up their next Italian escape, or gathered around the kitchen while my brother Rob, who’s inherited Mum’s instinct for flavour, experiments with something new and delicious.
