For those who love an occasional drink, a good party, and a lively social moment, Prosecco Party is a tribute to two of my dearest friends, Sarah and Cheryl...women who bring light, laughter, and warmth into every corner of my life.

Sarah is my most patient friend, and I’ve nicknamed her St Sarah, even though she carries an extremely cheeky streak beneath that saintly halo. Cheryl is my favourite foody friend, the one who shares my love of good food; together we’ve enjoyed endless lunches, each one a little celebration of flavour and friendship.

Both are beautiful inside and out, supportive, loyal, kind, and endlessly fun. Prosecco brings its natural sparkle, lifting the spirit the way Cheryl always does, while strawberries add their gentle sweetness, echoing Sarah’s warmth and quiet joy.

This creation is my heartfelt thank you to them both, for every moment, every memory, and always being there.
