• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs.

• For unwanted items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

• Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
